Went there tonight at 7:50 pm no tills open self check out didn't work no one to help left my groceries there and left went to longos tills are open there I am done with Metro some one should be fired they don't need my money clearly

I had a terrible experience with the XL 4-topping pizza I ordered this past Saturday, September 28th. As you can see in the picture, the pizza was undercooked, had very few toppings, and was completely inedible.
Unfortunately, I didn’t check it before leaving the store, or I would have spoken to the manager. It's unacceptable that the staff would serve such poorly made food with skimpy toppings.
If they continue to hire unqualified workers, they should consider shutting down the entire hot food section.

Lower the price on your beef, its so old when people do buy it. I won't by their crap anymore. Metro stouffville sell old smelly beef in their meat department.

I met one of the most courteous staff at the checkout counter. She bagged my grocery and put them in my grocery cart.

Was in at about 10:30am at the meals to go counter to buy some food. Nobody was there after waiting for few minutes, asked the lady at the Sushi place across for assistance. Said somebody will be there. Waited for another 10min. Nobody came to assist.
I walked away disappointed and with my money. I guess they don't care about a sale.

Ordered a few sandwich platters, a shrimp platter, charcuterie board and everything was prepared on time and was beautiful displayed while delicious. Had great customer service as well on day of pick up. Will be ordering from metro for future events and parties!

I went to buy a tiramisu chocolate cake.
Personally I love that cake in there that is the one of the favorite cakes in there but I brought a flower for my garden also it's totally gorgeous you guys love it

They make an awesome layered cake with custard and strawberries.You can switch out the icing for whip cream.

Nice and clean supermarket. Great variety of cakes for all occasions. Also the floral section is versatile. Prices kind of high a little, but good quality products.
