Horrible Terrible service. This company sent me a handyman who came my place without tools.And the handyman made worse my kitchen sink.When I call back to this company to complain and they said we're not handyman. Norecommendat

DO NOT USE!!!!!I was trying to get a quote - first the receptionist got my query completely wrong, and then when I got frustrated "I don't think you understood me"(how many times do you have to say "I would like to get a quote for an installation"?), she hung up on me.Ugh.

Scammers. I called this place. The guy on the phone seemed off. He just wanted my info right off the bat. Didn’t care about what I was asking. Said somebody would call me back in 10 minutes. Then I looked closer at the reviews. The profile names, the photos. The five star reviews that don’t tell you anything. The stock photos on the top of the page and no website listed. The address listed is fake. I know the area, there’s no handyman in this plaza. See my photo of the text message that came through afterwards! There is no way this business is actually in Canada.

Whitby Handyman & General Repairs is literally very handy. I had to call them to move my things especially the appliances to another apartment. I was so pleased because they came thirty minutes earlier and asked if they could start carrying the things outside. They were so efficient and careful at the same time in handling and made sure that everything was transferred already. They are also very nice to work with and so friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Whitby Handyman & General Repairs was great. The handyman was nice too. he was time conscious and kept me informed, he even called me from the store where he was purchasing items to make sure we were on the same page. He always made sure that the working area was clean before he leaves. I would totally recommend this companys services and plan to use them again soon.

I recommend to Whitby Handyman & General Repairs anyone who needs handyman services! They are very efficient and the quality work is excellent. Very thorough, meticulous, and neat. cleaning skills were on the mark! Will definitely use them again and again
