I’m not a Karen and I rarely complain or leave bad reviews but here I feel compelled. I picked up my medication there twice and both times received the worst customer service ever. The way the female staff member and pharmacist/owner talked to me was beyond unacceptable. I had to request Abbvie to send my prescriptions elsewhere as I don’t want to step foot in this place ever again. Shockingly bad service.

I went to this pharmacy and it was very clean the workers helped me a lot until I found the product I wanted. It is probably the cleanest pharmacy I’ve been to and the workers are amazing!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. They treat people who are struggling with addiction and on the methadone program like dirt. There sample cups are dirty and almost seem like they’re washed and not disposed of after a sample is taken. My sister who is on this program has been brought to tears on numerous occasions because of how hard they make it to try and recover from addiction. Not to mention the absolute horrendous condition of the store and the slow people here is incredible. Hope you booked an entire day to get some meds cause these people do not have a pace other than tortoise. The attitudes are incredibly rude. This place needs a go over by whoever the governing body is for pharmacies and this place should be closed.

I’ve recently been needing very particular medications that need to be ordered in. They have been amazing and so accommodating to make sure that my medications have been arriving when I need them and helping to deal with my insurance company to make sure they’ve been covered.

Best pharmacy in Durham Region. I have been a customer at this pharmacy for over 20 years. Their attention to detail and customer relations is surpassed by none. When you walk into a pharmacy and they know you by name, it makes you feel special. This family run business is a must for all your pharmaceutical needs.

Whitby Community Pharmacy is my favourite pharmacy in Durham Region! The staff go above and beyond their daily duties; the pharmacists have hand delivered my medication multiple times while I was sick at home with Covid19. This is NOT a FedEx store, but rather a service they offer. I have watched them serve multiple clients at a time while accepting FedEx packages with a smile. The owners work directly at the store ensuring all clients are served with the utmost respect and due diligence surrounding medication dispensing. This pharmacy is like family. Every visit is personally designed to my needs. The staff know me and most regular customers by first name and greet you before you get to the counter. They are more then a pharmacy, they are my favourite community pharmacy.

I love this place. Everyone is friendly, and helpful. They care about our health. They take the time in getting to know my husband and myself. Everyone knows our names. It's like small town service in an ever-growing town. I would never go anywhere else.

No organization for COVID testing, no one knew where to wait and so there was no point of making an appt. The person on the phone told me to “play it by ear.” I asked the pharmacist to change his gloves after he tested 4 different people in a row using the same ones. He argued with me for 5 minutes before asking someone to grab him a pair from the back… said he wasn’t performing surgery so he didn’t see why they needed to be changed. We’re in a pandemic and sick people are breathing on the same hands he uses to stick swabs up your noses

Avoid, Went for covid tests , the guy who took appointment did not inform that I had to stay in car, went in only to be sent out, reports did not update until 3 days
