My most recent visit to Visions electronics in Whitby was a phenomenal one due to Shiv Murti. He was extremely knowledgeable, made me understand the best accessories for my home set-up and didn't rush me out of the store. Overall, it was a great in-store experience and will definitely return in the future! Hope his managers see this review and acknowledge him!

Vision Electronics has treated me with respect and good pricing on the equipment that I purchase. Has some trouble setting it up and when I phoned the store the sales person was happy to help me set things up. Got every thing up and running over the phone and did not have to go back to the store for help. The price that they gave me far exceeded my expectations and I walked away very satisfied. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy electronic equipment. The equipment they sell is top notch brands that other stores are charging higher prices for the same product. Hope they keep up the good work.

My wife and I came here to look for a TV and we were greeted by Rashid as soon as we entered. Our experience with him was wonderful. He explained the features of all the TVs very well and helped us pick one within our budget. We also bought a soundbar and ended up spending more than our initial budget but Rashid made sure to give us the most reasonable price for it and also good rates on the warranty.
Will definitely return here again.

Excellent customer service
Rashid Went above and beyond to help me out when the manufacturer was not helpful at all.
They even replaced the tv for me when the manufacturer wouldn't.

My wife and I went to Visions on Tuesday September the 24th
to look at some TV's. We were greeted by Rashid which turned
out to be a great thing for us. Rashid asked our budget and what we were looking for. Rashid showed us a TV that would offer us the best bang for our buck, he explained the features and benefits of the tv and explained the new technology that we had zero clue about. We ended up purchasing the tv and the price was kept within our budget even with the extended warranty.
We set up delivery for the next day which went very well, the delivery was on time and the install was thorough. I would recommend Visions in Whitby to anyone looking for new electronics, if there's anything we need in the future we will certainly be dropping in to see Rashid again.

Purchased a Google TV. Found their pricing to be the best and added a second year warranty. Had an issue with the screen, apparently done by me, and they looked after me when they didn't have to. Service was outstanding and will be my go to place going forward.
