“First time going to this location and was greeted immediately when I walked in. Nicely organized in there and had such cute&pretty clothes for baby girl! I wanted everything lol. One of the ladies saw that I was going through the 10 for $10 area and asked if I needed a basket and even brought one to me! Had a great experience :D”

The selection is incredible and they have a great eye for consigning great items!!! I buy something every time I am there and honestly I have to stop myself from buying much more.

“Top tier gear store. Owner is funny as hell and you can get quality stuff at extremely reduced prices sometimes. Overall they’re cheaper than anywhere else and the majority of the store is brand new gear. Only down side is they’re only open 3 days a week”

“I was in Plato’s Closet Oshawa a couple weeks ago and had such a wonderful experience. It was the end of the day on a Saturday and I had an event to attend that night and wanted to find something to wear.
I was greeted by the wonderful team, I had the lovely pleasure of meeting Treasure she welcomed me with a warm smile and helped me by choosing an outfit and pairing it with the accessories. When I went to the cash I met a few other member of the team; so kind and full of smiles. I asked if a manager/supervisor was on duty and I saw the energy completely shift. I quickly let them know that it was because I wanted to give some positive feedback to the entire team. I have worked in customer service a long time and know that in most cases people only want to speak to a manager to complain; I wanted to leave some encouragement. The relief and happiness that came from every team member was so heartwarming. They thanked me for my kind words and I just really wanted to share how nice it was to walk in the store that evening and feel so welcomed and the uplifting energy I felt when I walked in the store. A huge shout out to rhe wonderful team that was working that evening were Treasure, Grace, Rae, Hetvi, and Khushi! You guys are all amazing, keep your chin up, you’re doing amazing!
