I recently visited our local UPS Store to pick up some prints, and I had the pleasure of being helped by Catrina who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth and hassle-free. Not only were my prints prepared perfectly, she took the extra step to carefully cut them for me, making the presentation look incredibly professional. Her attention to detail, patience, and willingness to help truly made my day easier. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive to customer needs. Huge thanks for her outstanding service—I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this UPS location to others!

“I had an exceptional experience at the UPS store today, thanks to the outstanding customer service I received. Catrina the staff member who assisted me was incredibly professional and demonstrated an impressive knowledge of design. She helped me print the most beautiful logos for my business and was patient throughout the entire process, even as I made multiple changes. Her attention to detail and eagerness to meet all my requests truly stood out.
Seeing my logo come to life on stickers was such a rewarding moment, and her dedication made the whole experience even more special. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of quality service and expertise. Her excellent customer care made my day!”

Had an urgent package to ship, I went about 30 minutes before close and Cian (who was heading out) was willing to wait to take my package so that it would be shipped in time. All the staff - Cian, Katrina and Ivory were so helpful and although we were there shortly before closing, they were so kind and helpful! They were busy but they took their time with each customer and were very thorough and fast! I would highly recommend this UPS location and will definitely use it in the future as well!

My first visit to this UPS store and metting with Manager and staff - they were all so friendly and eager to assist. The customer service was outstanding very effective and efficient. The Manager was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I recommend this UPS store for the outstanding service.
