Clean, well stocked, all good quality used items. It smells fresh and clean (unlike other used-clothes stores). Staff pleasant.

I really love this place! So many unique things you can find here. You always come home with great stuff such as books, clothes, and even jewelry. The jewelry is amazing. The volunteer who does the jewelry is super friendly and very kind to others! He makes sure the jewelry is clean and is as good as new. This place is truly amazing!

Love finding new-to-me-clothing! The little one loves the 25 cents teeny-toy rack they have! You litterally cannot beat the prices here, every other Salvation Army is way higher priced, Whitby is about ⅓ of what you pay at other Sally Ann's Store & the Employees are pretty great too, make you feel Welcomed! ? ♻️Also great if you sew & wanna take multiple items & make something new, I love Upcycled things!♻️ ???

I saw a recent post about a group trip of 15 students and had to comment. I too have experienced this type of behaviour from a staff. I had family over and we were on a scavenger hunt and were told we had too many people with us. Not sure why this is relevant when the Covid rules are over…. Bad customer experience.

Had a class trip with 15 students to do a thrift store survey. Students were very well behaved, to the point another customer made a comment on how well they were behaving. A staff member came up to myself and my co worker and asked us if we arranged the trip. She told us to call ahead next time time and passive aggressively gave us the thumbs up. When we ask whether it was because of a limit of customers in the store, or something happened or worried about a line up because few students were purchasing items and staggered to pay; she answered no to all of them. We never got a clear reason as to why the call ahead was need and the worker was clearly irritated and she chatted with her co worker. We informed the kids and none of us will go back there.

I think they amazing I volunteer for them for 2 days unit I had to move closer to home also they friendly and super nice ? they work super hard !!
