It was a little later arriving then the estimated time but it was well worth the wait it’s a wonderful recliner my grandmother loves it and I’m happy to that she’s comfortable thank you to the brick associate who helped us pick out our recliner hopefully it lasts a long time but thankfully we have a warranty and I was told they come fix it at your home which is great from my experience I’d recommend people to shop at the brick

I recently visited The Brick in Whitby to purchase a Samsung soundbar that was on clearance, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff at customer service went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible deal. They even involved the manager, Faith, who offered me an incredible price on the soundbar. Since it was a final clearance item, a team member went out of their way to set it up, allowing me to hear exactly how it sounded before committing to the purchase. Not only that, but they also noticed the remote was missing and quickly found a replacement, even throwing in the necessary HDMI cable for my TV connection at no extra charge! Another staff member was kind enough to locate the user guide online and email me the link, making sure I had everything I needed. Every team member worked seamlessly to ensure my complete satisfaction. This level of customer service is truly rare and greatly appreciated—thank you, The Brick Whitby, for making my shopping experience outstanding!

The 2 delivery men were quick and friendly. They communicated every step of the process. Thank you gentlemen for the superb service.
My sales consultant was Kim Marchbank who was patient with me and extremely helpful. Honestly i frustrated myself and would have walked away and given up if not for her.

Even though we had to change delivery time twice, the staff were helpful and understood our situation. The delivery staff were pleasant and efficient. The mattress and box spring we ordered were comfortable and suitable for our spare room.

Excellent customer service at the store level (thank you Judy from the Whitby location!) all the way to the delivery reps. Delivery staff were wonderful! They were respectful to my property (front door had to be removed and a hall table had to be moved to accommodate a new fridge) and very friendly. I love that the tracker was able to give me a very accurate estimated time of delivery so I could be prepared for their arrival. Product purchased seems to be working so far - too soon to comment on that! Overall, a great experience!
