Zaid was excellent! He patiently walked us through our options and helped us find the best selection for our needs. He was honest and didn't try "up-selling" (we would have walked out immediately).The system was ridiculously slow and kept crashing, so he apologized and got our contracts the old-fashioned way: paper.
