Everytime I come to use the drive thru cash machine there's people not in cars standing an using the machine. How does this location have cash machines just inside their doors of the building but don't have it setup so people can come in outside of business hours and uze the machine. At least put on on the other side of the building on the sidewalk side so people can use them like the Oshawa location. Or move to another building.

My wife and daughter went to the bank to deposit a cheque. The manager told them they couldn't deposit the cheque. My wife called me and I came to speak with the manager. We have a business account and we wanted to deposit the business cheque into the account and she said that she had to keep it on hold for 5 business days. The branch manager, Anwar Ul Haq called me to talk to him. I said that we have this account since 2018 and we know the policy that they will release $2000 and keep the rest of the amount on hold for 5 business days. I said that we always bring cheques in each week and the managers know us and always release the cheques. He said that this is a new policy and they can't release it. I showed him the statement and showed that it's always released. He said that he can't do that. I said I'll come on Monday and talk with another manager. Then he disrespected me and rudely told me that he'll do the same thing with the cheque no matter when I come. You guys always change your managers and we're regular customers and know the tellers that work there. If you guys behave like this with customers you're going to lose them. He acted as if he was the owner of the bank. We've never had a problem with this bank until today. We've never seen a branch manager like Anwar Ul Haq. He's disrespectful and needs to learn proper etiquette.
Oct 24, 2024 My wife went to go put a cheque into our business account. The was was around $5600. Anwar Ul Haq said that they'll only release $3000 and keep the rest on hold. We don't understand what his problem is because he released our $12000 cheque but couldn't release this cheque. Why do you have these type of people at your branch. They keep changing their minds all the time. We gave a regular cheque and it doesn't make sense. Donnette Tibayan used to work as the teller and would be friendly and change the cheque for us. Now that she's a manager, her attitude is different and she's rude and has a high ego. If someone is in a higher position, they still think that they're at the same level as others but Donnette is the complete opposite. I'm hoping that you'd reply to this because you still haven't replied to the one above.

This branch is the best example of inefficiency and incompetency. Anyone who wants to waste time and yet see arguing staff then you should visit this branch.

Always no matter what time you go longgg waits and not enough staff i guess they need to save money on employing people !!!!!! Not a convenient bank at all

Very good location, the staff are very kind, patient, and accommodating. We had difficulties with a missing advisor and associate Ankita stepped up and helped us accordingly and quick with our issues. Ankita was very helpful and responsive with our banking concerns and I am very thankful for her aid and assistance. She excels at her job!

Worse bank I have ever had to deal with in all
my life!! I don’t even know where to start! It’s not even my bank it was my deceased mothers bank They have absolutely no regard for a grieving person who recently lost their mother and trying to get things in order !! They are absolutely disgusting, particularly this branch!!

I was taken back at the lack of customer services skills, and knowledge regarding banking procedures the employees including the manager had. All employees lacked professionalism and made me feel like a number instead of a valued customer. This particular branch had no diversity and every employees actions were the same and no one listened to my concerns and kept repeating the same thing. Normally at other branches I have been the employees listens to my concerns and tries to accommodate me within reason, if they cannot they consult with a manager and always gives me clear expectations but at this branch was the complete opposites all employees acted like robots. This has been the worst experience I have had with TD and hope this gets looked into. No customer should feel this way. The managers name was Ali Hassan and him and employees need a lot more training in dealing with customers, if I could give them a 0/5 I would. To anyone reading this be aware of the branch in Whitby at Brock and Dundas.

i am in the branch daily both for personal; and business transactions. I find the staff and management to be helpful and polite. and the branch is usually well staffed especially compared to other institutions in the area.

I hate this branch. I feel like they're just there for the sake of having a job. Staff are lacking of Customer service training. I love TD but not this branch. The one star is for the branch manager Lucy, who contacted me and promised she will re-coach or retrain her staff to rectify my issue.

Nothing has gotten better, things keep getting worse. ATMs broken, long wait times and tellers who don't know what they are doing have to always wait for help from higher ups.

The associate named “Nahid” was extremely cordial and a pleasure to interact with! She was also very informative with the offers TD has, and made suggestions for my investments in the near future. Made my banking experience incredibly easy and safe.
