The customer service here is terrible. I came and asked for the official confirmation letter of my acc yesterday and the guy told me that he will order for me then i can come back tmr to pick up. Today i came and they all say there is no letter. Then i asked if i can get another one today. They kept saying they don’t know what is that and let me waiting for a while. Because i keep standing there, so they gave me a letter with terrible attitude and sigh…

Horrible customer service, only 2 people working on a busy day and you can stand there all day but they dont have curtesy to say anything to you.

This location is terrible and unreliable. The drive through ATM never works and always out of service. No problem right? Well they also lock the front doors during non office hours which means you also can't use the ATM inside. You end up wasting a drive and time.

Horrible…… never opens at 9 always waiting at front door waiting to get in with the staff waiting with us ?♀️ then have to wait for them to get in to computer…… very annoying

This place has gone way down hill. 22 minute wait to deposit a paycheck. Then the teller acts like they are doing me a favor by releasing my full check - it's been the same ammount from the same company for years and every other teller has never had an issue with it. Kind of ridiculous after 12 years with TD there is still a hold at all.

Garbage online registration system that didn’t even say you have to go into the branch to activate. Then the agent on the line is so rude she just hung up on me. This has never happened to me before I’m just in shock

Very frustrating experience. My credit card got compromised beginning of June and the replacement card was lost in the mail when they resent it to my home. I then requested it to be sent to this branch and they rushed the order. They also provided me a tracking number which showed delivered yesterday. So I called and spoke to a lady this morning at 9:17am to inquired about if my replacement credit card is there. She said she will go check and she told me she doesn’t have anything. It might be coming today. I told her I have the tracking and she said they don’t have it. I called the credit card line back and they said it should be there because it’s delivered. VERY ANNOYING.

I was robbed ,by the thief who got a hold of my cell . She did a E-tranfer. An she stole all the money I had..Td has done diddly squat might be time to Trust some other money thief.

I had good experience at TD. But this location lady staff was rude and asked me to many questions when I tried to withdraw money at this location. It was terrible experience at this location and I will not go to this branch in the future.

Sonia has a horrible customer service quality. I will take everything out of my TD account because of her. She call herself a manager she doesn’t deserve to be be around TD bank that bad she is. Worse TD Emplyee that I have ever came across:(. If TD wants to know more I am happy to discuss everything and hopefully our conversation has been recorded. I haven’t seen her in person but wore person to talk to about anything, let alone problem solving.So sad for TD.
