“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Play It Again Sports in Whitby, located at 1801 Dundas St E #24, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of wonderful, especially for my two daughters, aged 8 and 6. We were there to get them fitted for skates and helmets, and Evan, an employee at the store, made our visit exceptionally memorable.From the moment we walked in, Evan was incredibly welcoming, putting my daughters at ease right away. He had a knack for engaging with children, making them feel comfortable and valued. His approach was gentle and patient, taking the time to ensure that each of my daughters found the perfect fit for both their skates and helmets.What stood out was Evan's ability to make the fitting process fun and interactive. He involved my daughters in every step, asking for their opinions and making sure they were happy with their selections. “I have purchased from them online and in store. For the online order they communicate well. They shipped out the same day I ordered and gave tracking immediately. Since they have a store you can call and actually talk to a person about the right item to order and order status. The in store experience was great too. Lots of selection in a small space. We like Brian's goalie gear and Crows has their full selection and get the new models faster than the chain competitors and for the same or better price. Will continue to buy there”

“On my first visit to Northern Cycle on a quiet Saturday afternoon, I got a sense the people who work here are kind and enthusiastic about all kinds of cycling from casual to competitive... We experienced patient, non-judgemental help. I plan to come again and hope to build a relationship with such a nice bike shop. I need a new go to bike shop too, as my one of my favourite bike stores just closed its doors and moved North.
Northen Cycle has an impressive selection of bikes and assesories, I saw everything from casual bikes to high end moutain bikes. The store has an emphansis on mountain and trail but many road and communting bikes to choose from too. I read a comment that they did not carry many assessories. I thought differently, as I saw lots of assessories and parts to choose from. No bike store has everything but Northern Cycle has a decent if not large selection of pedals, saddle bags, saddles, clothing, etc.
The experience was so good my spouse bought a bike. We were lucky that it was a quiet day but it allowed her to choose freely and select the one she wanted. Thank you.”

“It was our first time shopping at Sail. We were pleasantly surprised at how big it is. We went in to purchase a lid for a thermos and I was so happy they had the one I needed. I found a Royal Robbins jacket on a mannequin and Nichole helped me find it in the store. My husband was in need of a pair of shoes and found the perfect pair thanks to Jessie. Our shopping experience at Sail was outstanding due to the staff. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the excellent service.”
“My friend and I went to the Oshawa Adidas today to get an early start on Christmas shopping. The staff greeted us when we came in and offered to help. Melanie (assistant manager) and her staff were great. Gave a lot of advise and assistance. We will go back and will recommend”

“I use them to say thank you and recognize people who have done me a good turn. Most people I know don't need anything but recognition awards are one thing that people can't buy for themselves! I think that a trophy/ plaque saying you're the best at something is better than a card or nice letter. Peacock makes nice custom awards and are not overly expensive.”
