Great if you're looking at the clearance but watch tout for items that say discount prices a lot of stuff is only $5 off off like $160 which isn't really a deal it's only 3% savings.

This used to be my Go To and I do find some great deals here. Was a little put off that this store doesn't offer the refund policy that the Soft Moc in Ajax offers and I find that odd. Within 90 days you just get a credit in Whitby. The Ajax store offers full credit within a month, thereafter, 90 days you get a credit. When I inquired about that in Whitby I was told "well, I guess you have to go back to Ajax"... So, I guess Ajax is my new fav ...???

I like the soft moc stores in the malls but this one had absolutely zero customer service. The two girls working there were too busy talking about how their weekend out drinking was.

We visit the Softmac shoe store in the Quateraque Town Center in Kingston quite regularly, and on this occasion we arrived at 5:53pm. My wife knew what she wanted so we thought we would have time, the story clerk told us to other attendant would help us, we picked out the shoes withing reasonable time before closing, went to the till and the cashier had already rang her til off. First of all they should've told us when we entered that they had closed the til; which was 5 min early! Then she was very rude in telling us that it's too late. Is this the kinda sevice we are to look forward to in a store that we shop in often? We will now be takin our business elsewhere.

False advertising. Sign above children's Crocs clearly states $30 pair. Took to register and sticker said $45 regular. Manager was rude and stated sticker was right. Claims prices as marked. Bad service and attitude.

This SoftMoc boot isn't even 3 months old. Rather then give me a refund for selling me a defective product, they will only give me a credit, which I don't want.
I want my money back so that I can buy boots that last. According to them, that's their "policy".
The Better Business Bureau made several attempts to reach them, but SoftMoc refused to respond. Customer service also refused to escalate the complaint to senior management.
So, to recap, their policy is to sell defective shoes and hold your money hostage so that you remain a customer.
They reach out online in their Google review responses, but then go no further. So, it's just for show.
I was a customer for years, but will never return. Clearly they need the money.
