“Super grateful for the staff and owners at this location who assisted me with taking a picture of my newborn for a passport. They were pleasant, patient and knowledgeable about the passport picture requirements which included waiting for the perfect moment for my baby to open their eyes. Other locations declined to assist but they were ready and willing. THANK YOU!”

“Our son lives in a remote location in B.C. and we needed a document mailed to him as quickly as possible to pick up a new car. We went to Pickering Purolator (Squires Beach Rd.) and were lucky enough to meet 'LAURA' who's service was absolutely OUTSTANDING! She explained that the earliest it could arrive at his remote address would be Tuesday and asked if we knew another address in a larger city instead. We gave her the other postal code and she found if we shipped it there, it could arrive Monday. Laura is simply AMAZING and we can't Thank her enough for her help. She also addressed the envelope for us and hilited the address to make sure it was very clear. So glad we chose to go to Pickering Purolator to send this very important document and best of all, met someone as helpful as Laura!”
