Not impressed with this car wash after purchasing the monthly subscription. First time Shell wash user. Hoping other sites are better. Images show what remains after getting home from a 10 min drive.

Scammers!! Pulled up sign said 142 I go pay I go back to the pump it says 152 on the pump I go back to the cashier buddy says I cameJust after they switched it. As I’m standing there talking to him about this the sign it still says 142. I cancel my transaction walk away and he changes the sign to 155. Just wrong!!! So I went down the street to the pioneer where gas is 142 aswell. Use to be a regular at this shell. Not anymore

Beware of the Flex car washes. Last fall, prior to purchasing the car wash package I questioned the cashier multiple times as to the expiry of the card and was told there was no expiry. The flex card and envelop, store advertisements did not mention the expiry within 1 calendar year(365 days). In January, my car wash card did not work, the cashier could not reinstate 11 car washes valued over$100 and when I pointed out I was told there was no expiry the cashier rolled her eyes and stated they never tell you there is an actual expiry date.Shell customer service, the car wash team will not reimburse me and a photo was sent to my email with terms and conditions I had not been privy to at time of purchase. I have written to the CEO at the Calgary head office and hope for some resolution. However my family and I have moved onward to a more honest business.BUYER BEWARE: read all fine print and inform yourself before purchasing from this store and from SHELL. Denise M, Whitby Ontario

I paid for Ultimate Car Wash today but soap was still on vehicle then clear coat was applied terrible car wash, I spoke with attendant and received a compliment car wash another time, please check the operation of the car wash

One thing I admire going to Shell is cleanliness. The aisle inside the store are stocked and refilled. And staffs are friendly.

The cashiers are always have their air pods on and talking on the phone and they don't pay attention to the customers. Coffee station was not stocked maybe they should get off the phone and do some work . Poor management!

i thought they sold shells here so naturally, i was utterly disappointed when i found out Shell was just a gas station.And to make matters worse, i don’t even have a car:(So you could imagine how embarrassing it was for me to walk into a gas station asking if they sold shells ?However the owner (i’m so sorry i forget his name) was there at the time and he was very kind! He told me that he understood the confusion and was very sympathetic.We had a good long talk and he eventually offered me a discount on gas along with the offer to be the godfather of his child!!I accepted both offers even though i hate kids and don’t even have a car. It’s the thought that counts i guess.Then he gave me a free snickers bar and i galloped out of there happily.I will be returning!!

Don't pay for car wash. Poor customer service. I used to fill up here frequently, but I paid for a car wash, and when I tried to use it a couple weeks later, the code didn't work. Waited a long time for my turn, and then had to back out, with people behind me. The attendant said there was nothing he could do. Waste of money.

Dwight is absolutely amazing, super friendly!! I hope I did him justice and spelled his name correctly! I will come back to this location just for his beautiful soul and lovely service! Sometimes a friendly smile and positive energy is all you need!

Disrespectful. Embarrassed a high schooler just because she didn’t have enough cash on her to buy some things she wanted to purchase. There are a lot of ways to go about it and the way the cashier handled it was unprofessional and disrespectful.

"Shell Car Wash"I'm a long time returning visitor of this place. This car wash location becomes very busy during snowy days. Especially after work or on a Sunday evening! Line up can stretch quite far as location is spacious too. Previously, both touch and touchless carwash used be available. Now only TOUCHLESS (Nov. 28, 2021). If wanna pull out of the lineup, you can do so at the front of the line.30-days wash card is available, which can be shared among friends since you can use mobile app. Other than monthly you can buy 5, 10 or 20 washs. Please note, these expires in a year from the date of purchase. I wish there are other Shell wash location available in the area...but I love being there.

Stopped by for gas and a car wash. I have never experienced this before and I am not one to post a review...Not impressed. Pumped gas and asked to purchase a car wash at the pump. My receipt only showed the gas. Mask on I headed into ask the cashier for a car wash. Got the hard sell on buying a car wash pass, asked if this was a tactic to get me in store and it definitely is. I will never get gas from this Shell again, we are in the middle of a pandemic and you are having people enter on purpose? Never again.
