Pre pay 24 hours a day! What an inconvenience.
Then the attendant has the audacity to ask how much gas... I don't know... a full tank whatever that is, the price changes everyday.
Never coming here again very inconvenient

Says open 24hrs but only to sell things to you. Anyone on a road trip having to use the washroom will be told to go to the esso down the street (that is a closed street, so I couldn't even go to it)

Berry bad customer service at night shift I will asked to the employees name he doesn’t said he’s name JOSEPH he said but it is not his real name I will give 1 stars ⭐️ I am regular customer with this location I am feeling bad about the staff one guy in cashier another guy sitting on the chair playing with his cell phone

I’m not sure if they’re cheap or lazy…. Every time I fill up here, if I need a paper towel, it’s empty. Get it togetherThat’s a nice polished response, but you have still not changed anything.

I don't love how hard it is to get in and out of this gas station. Pain in my bum really. Price is the same as all others in Brooklin. Never a line up - probably cause the others have Tim's in them - this one doesn't....

Short fuel line on diesel pump, or ANY pump for that matter..And the diesel nozzle is small like a gas one.It takes alot longer to fill your big truck ? tanks.

Genuinely the worst gas station I have ever visited. My first few visits were fine, picking up gift cards for my favorite game and whatnot. But then, one day.. I ventured over to Shell to pick up a $10 League of Legends card, and was happy. I'd saved up for a little bit to get some skins, only for the card to not work. When I went to return it, they didn't let me get a refund. I was devastated. After that, I had vowed to never EVER go into that shell again, and tell all of my friends about that story. Moral of the story: Don't use this shell. The Petro Canada on the other side of the road is much better for what you need, and the gas is probably cheaper. Thank you.

I was humiliated by the attendant for simply asking how to use air miles, he scream me at me in front of other customers, because he was unable to explain it correctly to me, so I did wrong . I asked him to put the points on my card and he treated me like he was my father fighting with me for doing something wrong. I will never return to this place .

Had to prepaid. Walked in and paid, came back, the pump will not pump gas. After five minutes of playing the game, she comes out and turns it on. I would never stop here again.
