I needed some help with finding a tag holder for my dog's collar. Lindsay was able to assist me. She went above and beyond to check with other stores for one, found one and had them hold it for me. Thank you Lindsay for your amazing help :)

I recently discovered the Open Farm brand and decided to visit Ren's Pets Whitby location. I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Taylor, one of their amazing staff members. Taylor took the time to patiently explain the differences between specific brands and the pros and cons of various toppers in detail. As a pet parent to a picky 1-year-old havanese, I left the store feeling more informed and better prepared to meet my pup's dietary needs. Thank you, Taylor and Ren's Pets for your outstanding customer service! ??

I love this store! It has a great breadth of products but what stands out is the staff and level of GENUINE and HELPFUL service. All the staff have been awesome and unfortunately I don't know all their names or I would list them all. Two I do know are Vanessa and Tonya. They were amazing and extremely patient helping me pick out the best harness for my needs for our pup Nero. We chose the Kurgo, Tru-Fit Smart Harness and I absolutely LOVE IT!! Thanks to EVERYONE at this location - awesome team.

My wife bought a harness and coat for our Sheltie on Black Friday weekend. The size was too small so I went to exchange them. I was served by employee “MM”, I wish I had thought to get her name, but hopefully the manager reads this, and if MM is the manager, I can see why. They had the coat in the correct size but not the harness. When I asked if there might be any unpacked from a shipment, I was told no, but, with no prompting from me, was offered information as to the store’s regular delivery date, or that she could call the Oshawa location and have it put aside. This may seem like a small thing however more and more you don’t get service like this. I was in retail for 40 years and this is the type of employee I always wanted working for me. Thanks MM, you were just great!

Recently moved out east. Have been buying pet food from Ren's for the past 3 years. This location always has what I need. The have some great sales, but would be nice to see some sales on other products instead of the same brands over & over again.
