We are renovating are bathroom at our new lake home on the main level and only trusted plumbing and parts with our supplies. Cassie was fantastic very knowledgeable great customer service. She helped us picked out the shower base glass doors and fixtures. She called keeping us updated with parts we were waiting on. Laura helped us when we came to pick up and pay for the balance of our order. Dave was great to help finalize details of our order. I cannot say enough about the staff. We need to renovate the basement bathroom next we are definitely trusting plumbing and parts to help us design our next project. Thank you to all the staff that greet you and make you feel like a regular customer that have been coming for years like a small town feel.

I had to take the time to review this gem. Rarely do you find customer service as exceptional as Plumbing and Parts. We did some renovations back in 2020/2021 where we ordered a bathtub and sink. We ended up pausing on the renovation, left the bathtub in tact (unopened and in the box) and resumed again in 2023. We realized that we made a mistake and the drain was on wrong side of the tub, given our plumbing setup. We thought no company would ever do a replacement in this type circumstance, since a very significant amount of time had passed. We reluctantly gave it a shot anyway. A rep there Kevin listened to our problem and where he could have easily shut down the request (which wouldn't even have upset us), he went out of his way to see that if a replacement could happen, he would do his best to make it happen. This actually involved him making an order from their suppliers for the replacement tub. The replacement tub was just delivered by their delivery service a few minutes ago and the previous one taken back. I can't say enough about this company, their products, their service and their staff. Incredible stuff.

Great customer service and highly professional. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone and he was super helpful. He was able to locate the part (an old faucet cartridge) which I was looking for.Picked up the part from the front counter and was out in few minutes. Lots of staff here and the shop seems to be a good find. Someone at the home depot recommended this shop. Very good prices too.Highly recommended.

We had a great sales experience with Valerie. She approached us in the showroom and was very helpful and friendly, she offered great customer service which is nice to see!!
