Very poor customer service I both a vape and it wasn’t working I went to ask for an exchange or refund. The management told me “One is open they can do anything!” How do I know if it is function till i try. It is a scam watch out for your money. It is a 35$ vape that I will never see again? What a joke.

Worst customer experience at this location.The cashier, a lady, not only she was rude but also referred herself as the owner when asked to confirm the issue to the manager or supervisor.She was on the phone the whole time, while she was attending customers.
