Buckley our almost 2 year old golden was getting a nail trim and clean up of his grinch feet add she did an awesome job. She is super professional and very knowledgeable with some great ideas of how to keep his sensitive ears trimmed without him getting the typical golden razor burn. The entire team is so friendly and they were very sweet allowing him to sit and lean on them for pets . He was hilarious and clearly very comfortable. We are very pleased, we have already booked some upcoming appointments. What a great first visit !

But now that he’s an older chap, mostly deaf and blind, the staff at Durham Dog Grooming treat him with upmost kindness and dignity and I really appreciate that. He’s my best friend, and they treat him like the best little Bubba-loo that he is.I highly recommend Durham Dog Grooming. Especially if you have special need to be considered… don’t hesitate to mention these needs when booking.For reference, our Finn is an (almost) 15 year old Morkie. 10 lbs.

They came out looking so pretty, nails clipped and all. They took great care of them. If you’re Looking for a cat groomer this is definitely the place. Fantastic service and very reasonable pricing. From reception right up to the doctors, you can tell that everyone here has a deep love of animals and go above and beyond anything I've experienced at other pet hospitals. The empathy everyone shows to both animals and humans is amzing. Vets and techs will get on the floor and sit with my dogs to keep them calm and comfortable; the staff have even sat on the floor with me in difficult times.
Everything is explained clearly so you know exactly what they will be doing to your pets. They follow up with calls after procedures when they say they will and have always made time to answer questions when you call. Costs are fair and they do their best to help lower them when possible.
I will recommend this pet hospital to anyone asking and will continue to be a client long into the future.
