Recently I had zoomed repairs done on my vehicle at OWASCO. I made a call to the assistant service manager Rebecca asking if I could bring in my vehicle one day earlier that the schedule appointment because I was gonna be pressed for time and she obliged me. She did say that it would have been done in between appointments on the early date. On arrival to my surprise Rebecca asked me if I was going to wait for the vehicle and I said yes not knowing how long it would’ve taken. I had my vehicle back much sooner than I expected. Rebecca and her team at OWASCO did an amazing job at getting my vehicle in and out and fully functional. I’m so thankful to them they deserve all the. praise for obliging me and for a great job done. Many thanks to Rebecca and the team again. I’m very happy that I chose OWASCO.
Took in my car for an oil service. Was told it would’ve been ready in three hours and I took the shuttle to go home. In less than an hour I got a call from Rebecca saying my car was ready. Seem like I got the premium service that day. Thank you Rebecca, thank you OWASCO.
On Tuesday 22 October 2024 I called OWASCO regarding a coolant leakage problem. I dropped off my Tiguan and a diagnosis was done. A leak was found along with some other wearing problems. I was informed of the changes that were needed, gave the go ahead to have them replaced and it was resolved. Thank you Patel and many thanks to the technicians who laboured on my vehicle to have it done in a timely manner. Choose OWASCO for your next vehicle if you’re reading this. #1 for service and quality.
On Saturday 26 and Monday 28 October my car was back in the OWASCO workshop for completion old the work which began the preceding Tuesday and again the OWASCO team performed at their very best to ensure that I was totally satisfied and most importantly that I got my vehicle back at the time promised. The vehicle is again working in tip top shape. Another job well done by this immaculate. highly professional team. Thank you again OWASCO

As a nurse I do my best to give the best care and coming here i felt like these guys worked hard to show how much they appreciate nurses. From my Amazing sales Guy SAID to sales manager Hassan to the office manager Renata to Mr. Patel, Greg in service it’s been such a pleasant one and I'm thankful. Purchased my first ever Volkswagen at Owasco last week and the experience was as positive and relaxing as one could expect. Oveen did a great job helping without trying to over-sell or change my mind on what I was looking for. He was professional and showed great communication, always answering my calls/texts immediately or responding in a timely fashion. Carrie and Liv were very helpful and knowledgeable with the paperwork, warranty questions and registration issues that we encountered. I look forward to returning for my next car purchase. In the meantime, I've very much enjoying my new 2018 Tiguan.

The service at Owasco has improved tenfold over the past few years! I love to see this, as I’ve been a customer for years and years. I am so pleased with the service department - always friendly and helpful. AND the new car wash addition is a nice touch. Thank you, Owasco for stepping it up!
