Great shop and always friendly. I get them to do all my oil changes and smaller repairs. Also, very honest. They've told me when I had issues and gave me realistic timeliness about when the worm should be completed. When they find issues that are not pressing, they tell me that they are not immediate things to take care of. I've built a good report with them and have never had any issues.

I recently had an oil change performed at Mobil 1 Lube Express Whitby and was unfortunately disappointed with the service. My vehicle's system is already indicating the need for another oil change, suggesting that the service may not have been completed properly. The quick turnaround time, just 10 minutes, also raises concerns about the thoroughness of the oil change process. Additionally, the lack of sealed Mobile 1 bottles for the oil change was another point of concern. I also found the interaction with the staff to be less than satisfactory.

Never go to this place if you have a new car. They will put recycle oil in your car instead of pouring from the bottle.

Came in here for an oil change after seeing how long the line was for the place next door to them. Was impressed with the swift and friendly service. The prices were fair and no one tried to upsell me on anything.I was not given a receipt which is a bit of a hassle because normally i've had them handed to me by default after oil changes but I will just remember to ask next time.Will be coming back here! :)
