Thursday night this Comuters car was making a horrible noise all of a sudden. Friday morning I sat in the Whitby stores parking lot when they opened at 8:00 planning on booking a Saturday morning appointment. They offered to do my muffler replacement immediately and by 8:45 I was on my way to the city. Such excellent, efficient, quick service. I was completely blown away with the friendly staff and speed of my repair to get me back on the road. Thank you, Whitby Midas you were fantastic!

I got an estimate and was shown what was wrong on a previous visit. Since I don't get cars and how they work at all I have to find a mechanic I can trust. So 2 things: my car is quieter and the cost was actually about half of what the estimate was. That made my day!

Service was good. But we had called a few days beforehand and made an appt. When we got there we were told there was no appointment booked. The person at the desk asked who we booked the appt with. Of course, my husband couldn't remember the name. The good thing is, the place had no clients at the time. So they took us.

I went to Midas as the clips of my front bumper had come off and they were tricky to clip back. Danny helped me out by using some tools to secure my bumper and didn't even charge me anything. I have been coming here for servicing my vehicle and with this kind gesture I'll make sure I keep coming back. Thank you once again, Danny!!!

Terrible service wouldn't go back. Broke my TPMS sensor and try and blame in on me the owner. Then only filled my tires to 30 psi vs 42 what should have been. Cost $180 in repairs after I left. Never again. Terrible attitudes. Never go back.
