My husband and I went in to look at our options to trade in our van. Rohan was very professional, respectful and patient. They told us our bi-weekly payments amount and we were ok with them, so we went ahead with the process. However, later that afternoon, we were told that the amount had gone up from $265 ( we had agreed to this amount) to $295, then it went up again to $299.98. When I told Rohan we were not going to go ahead because that amount was not suitable for us, he was very understanding and patient. The financial advisor was also very professional. However Alex, the sale manager was very rude when I came two days later to get my $500 deposit refund and my car's ownership. He was very nice two days prior when I was there with my kids and husband and it seemed we were closing a deal. But when I went to get my money and ownership Alex called me to his office and was visibly upset, he sat down crossed his leg and reclined on his chair, he was visibly upset when he asked " what happened?" he talked to me as if I was his teenage daughter and was in big trouble, he ordered me to sit down and his body language was very imposing. I didn't sit down and told him I did not appreciate the way he was talking to me and that I was just there for my refund and ownership. He kept trying to tell me I could not go back on a deal after all the calls and all the work they had done to get us approved, I told him he could not force me to go ahead and he got really upset, grabbed the file folder and said "oh yeah?, are you sure I can't force you? Are you sure?! " And showed me my husband's signature. Which was the signature on the credit check permission form ( we did not sign any "deal" on a car, we just allowed them to check our credit to see our financial options) Then he said "I'm going to give you your money back but this is not how it works" he walked ahead of me and kept that attitude as if I was a child in big trouble. I was alone in a office with him and it was very intimidating as he was trying to force me to keep going with the sale. I left the place shaking, almost in tears and it was very uncomfortable.

Awesome service, we were about to make a drive to the east coast when we had engine damage occur. Carl and his team helped us out with a very short turnaround time and took great care of us to get us on the road in time for our trip. Highly recommend!

Got my truck in December but my fan was very loud and squeaky when the heat was on so I brought it back to be replaced while it was still new. On the receipt it said they had replaced the blower fan, and the cabin airfilter. As like a month went on i started to smell something gross, i I changed the cabin air filter and it looked like this even though it said they changed it. And also my fan is just as loud as it was before so i feel like they just said they did something but actually didnt do anything. Very shady dealership, feels like an inconvenience for them when you go there.
Also my truck smelt good when i got it but stinks like cigarettes now, which i have never smoked in my life. Woulda be nice to know that before i bought it

Brutal. Car battery died they said it was the electronic system so they fixed it had us pay for that labor was told the car would be fine and that it wasnt the battery two days later car breaks down again. And now its the battery. No car for the whole weekend now they changed the battery and we had to pay labor again. When it was there fault for miss diagnosing in the first placed shouldn't have paid two times labor.

I picked up my 4th vehicle purchased through Menzies today and was not disappointed! I keep coming back because of the professionalism, integrity and customer service.
A special thank you to Jennifer Carver for finding me the vehicle I wanted. I ask a lot of questions, have high expectations and she knocked it out of the park...for the second time!
I also really appreciate the management team, General Manager, Rick Barnes and Sales Manager Alex Nita for their support throughout the process.

Bought a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder just over a week ago. Rohan was amazing. He got a great value for my trade in and when he learned I'd be travelling 400+ km to look at it, he worked with finance guy Zain to set everything up so I only had to drive down once! After a test drive, I spent about 20 minutes at the dealership before driving away in my new vehicle. Flawless service and I would recommend using this dealership for purchasing from a distance.
