I recently had a rather upsetting interaction with an employee at this location, however, after speaking to the store manager who profusely apologized and promised to retrain their employee, I'm willing to give them another chance. Thanks for your professionalism Angelo.

bought a DeWalt tool,
a tool with a bonus battery, apparently no battery’s in store available, was promised by store manager that he will get me one next week, even got a paper work to come back and receive a battery.
Store manager took my phone number but never call back .
Now they say that they already gave it to me and my case is closed.
People please DO NOT TRUST Whitby RONA

I visited Rona today with some very specific requirements. I met Matthew in the plumbing department who went above and beyond to assist me. What I was looking for was extremely difficult to find, but Matthew took the time to source exactly what I needed. I am extremely thankful for Matthew’s attention to detail and for the exceptional level of customer service I received.

Visit this location with his wife to buy some items but unfortunately he was met with a rude, racially discriminating and condescending behaviour from an employee who works there. Out of all places at rona which is very strange, so please this is a direct message to the owner of this location.

I was racially profiled by a asian manager/lady when I simply inquired about price matching. Started condescending, Extremely disrespectful and rude, will not be coming here but spending my money with home depot.
Never again and can't believe this is allowed here.

Very disrespectful and staff that gets upset if you ask a question or help. We usually go to
Home Depot and always have experienced great service and customer service. Here even the Asian lady manager responded disrespectfully when I asked if an item could be price matched. She could have answered with a simple no but instead went on telling us to get the discounted item if we want a price match. Really very disappointed and never coming to Rona again!

I had a delivery today and the two gentlemen were honestly amazing. This the second time I have used Rona as a business to get some new appliances and the service have been fantastic, from start to finish. Also one gentleman noticed something in my Landry room that needs to be fixed and gave me the tools to fix it. That was more the amazing and I dearly appreciate it being a new home owner. I dont remember there names but honestly wonderful and hope they get recognized for their great work.

The parts on final sale item did not fit, I got lucky, I figured out last minute before paying.
By the way, most of the staff are very helpful. So I give 4 star because of staff.
Mellissa was super helpful, she helped me find an extension cord and plug to test the unit and make sure it is working.
Thanks to Kyle, Shazad and Matt for technical assistance and answering my questions.
