25 year long client of the lcbo establishment. This location seems to still be back in COVID days, as staff request clients to line up in a single file for multiple different cashier's. All other LCBO locations request the opposite "separate line for each cash" anyone know the appropriate policy. This is the LCBO and we expect the same standards in every location across the province! After all its the Liquor Control Board of Ontario, and all stores should adhere to the same policy across the province! Here's hoping For no more Monopoly!!!

i have a disability and i came in here with my bike and the lady was so so rude to me and kicked me out. she was helping a rich couple shop and yelled at me about the insurance and kicked me out. i couldnt get the wine for my parents anniversary. will not be coming back to this location ever again and wouldnt recommend this location if you have a disability.
i went right into metro to buy groceries after and no one said anything, everyone was very polite.

Staff is nice and decent selection. Could use a better variety of seltzers like the LCBO on King St in Courtice.

Good for a quick stop but the refrigeration always sucks. If beer is the prey, always best to hunt at "The Beer Store". Also, 12 and 24 packs are the sole priority of said conglomerate.
