I took my mother in law shopping for some new living room furniture. Karan was very attentive and helpful. He suggested using their design services. That’s when we were introduced to Ben. He was fantastic. They were both patient and great to deal with. Definitely recommend lazy boy and be sure to ask for either Karan or Ben. Thanks to you both for a great experience!

My husband and I went to the Whitby Lazy Boy today to purchase a chair for our baby’s nursery. We met Jim who was our Sales Representative and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. We bought a chair (Finley Rocking Recliner) that we both really like and are thankful that Jim helped us with this purchase.

Jim Harrop was great to deal with. He had answers for all our questions and was quick to present all options available for the recliner chairs we looked at.The store had a terrific selection which made our choice easy to get exactly what we wanted.

We had a great experience shopping at La-Z-Boy. We entered the store looking for a new sofa. Karan Arora met us with a smile and showed us some options. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Karan was able to show us some different options and we selected the Apollo Love with consol. Cannot wait to get it. We will definitely recommend La-Z-Boy and shop there in the future.

1.CHECK FURNITURE IN 24 HOURS AND MAKE SURE THERE IS A INSPECTION TAG ON YOUR FURNITURE2.THEY DO NOT REPLACE BROKEN ITEMS SENT TO YOUR HOUSE ONLY REPAIR! NO DISCOUNTS OFFERED3.CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE ISSUES YOU FACE. GREAT AT SAYING SORRY AND THEN SENDING YOU A POLICY (AKA GO AWAY)We purchased 2 recliners, a 3 seat sofa and Trouper Sectional with all of their warranty protection. Total was around 19K. Since receiving our money they sent us a broken piece to the Trouper Sectional and a Broken backpiece on the sofa. They informed us of the Trouper ahead of time and said they would replace it (another 2 months of waiting from the original 3 months it took originally).Nothing was mentioned about the broken back on the sofa.Thank goodness my wife felt the back of the couch because if she didn't we would not have known. There policy as they were so happy to hide behind was "YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO FIND OUR MISTAKES OR THEY WILL BE YOUR MISTAKES TO KEEP"I'm of the opinion that they knew the back of the couch was broken and assumed we would put it up against a wall and be none the wiser as there was NO inspection sticker on the couch.At this stage we now have to take time off of work for one of their inspectors to come and review the damage. they only repair it not replace it. So we have paid full price for a broken couch. Again Martina was so happy to provide me with the terms of service stating they only repair and not replace.we will also have to take more time off of work for when the Trouper piece arrives in two months time.None of this reflects the disappointment we have in the excitement of new furniture arriving being stripped from us based on the headaches that have been dumped on us.we wanted new furniture and paid a lot of money to get it and thought we protected ourselves with the warranty they sell you. In the end we weren't worth them doing anything that wasn't in their policy. Sad day.

We worked with Karan (salesperson) and Ben (designer) when ordering new living room and kitchen furniture from the Whitby store. Both were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend to others.

We visited the La-Z-Boy showroom in Whitby, Ontario, on Wednesday, April 24/24. When we arrived, Karandeep Arora, Sales Consultant, met with us. Karan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products within the showroom. He explained the various options available to us, which was helpful in making our final decision much easier.
