This is one of the worst gyms I have ever been to. I had to sign a personal training contract when I actually didn’t want it and when I finally agreed I had a personal trainer that left and I had no trainer for 3 months and they continued to charge me saying I signed a contract. I was told things will change and I had a new trainer for about two months and then same issue happened. I have been trying to stop them from taking my hard earned money for a service they never actually provided! This is seriously unacceptable. And when I told them I will not be making any more payments, they proceeded to charge my account even when I told them that since I don’t have a trainer and they broke the contract! Every time I tried to contact them they were always unavailable when I am actually free. I am seriously fed up with this because they refuse to refund the money when I didn’t even have a trainer that stayed.

This place is really a joke!!There's no value for cleints here. Am one of the many clients that can speak up for the timid and voiceless.The sanitizer/disinfectant dispenser has been scheduled for repair a month now, and not touched but stupid alternative bottles. Every equipment that malfunctions takes them a month or so to repair. There's only one triangle handle, one triceps rope, one incline bench, one decline, yet the place is always full of students that spend hours talking or taking selfies and u have to wait for the above mentioned to workout.

VERY dissatisfied with personal trainer. Several times, she double booked clients, less than professional behaviour and shameful practice. Additionally, most cup holders need to be replaced on ellipticals and members should throw garbage in trash, not cup holders. Michael is often seen emptying out paper towels and debris.Thankfully Michelle makes each morning visit a pleasant one. She knows members by name and is often seen wiping down counters, cleaning toilets and sanitizing the women’s change room. She goes out of her way to keep female members feeling comfortable. The facility is in need of a deep clean by proper cleaning staff, NOT front desk employees.

Just get a membership elsewhere. Overcrowded, machines are always broken, outdated equipment and the whole staff makes my gym sesh even more miserable.

The lady with short blonde hair who works in the morning Is very rude . She needs to be put in adesk or cubicle away from people as that is not the first face I want to see every morning.Awful attitude ?

Sauna always closed with passive aggressive notes posted blaming members and threatening membership cancellation. lol. I haven’t experienced it being closed so often and for so many days each time at any of the other locations.I actually like this location as its kept fairly clean but recently the experience has been unpleasant.Instead of cheaping out and very temporarily fixing the sauna (1 day up, 5 days down), you should upgrade it.
