WOW! The attitude of the owner is just unreal. She tells me after my purchase that they don’t accept credit and when I asked why she told me it’s none of my business. What nasty behaviour. Not spending my money here unless I’m collecting cash for lottery tickets. Unreal.

Had to head to this location to pickup some UPS packages that were sent there. I also had to ship a couple PC boxes via UPS so figured I'd do it all in one go. As soon as I brought in the box the old lady at the counter rolled her eyes and started giving me attitude. She began telling me to never come back and bring big boxes like these to an actual UPS location (mind you I've brought the same boxes to another convenience store in Whitby with no issues). Told her it's fine I'll never be back, only came as I had to pick up packages. We ended up having a shouting match about the boxes being a problem. If they don't want to deal with UPS packages they should NOT be a UPS PICK UP & DROP OFF location period.Reading other reviews it seems the old lady has an attitude problem. Extremely rude to deal with, will definitely never be back.
