Our sales woman, Natalie, at the Victoria St. E. branch in Oshawa, Ont., went over and above to help us get our table. Then, Alex helped us get it in the car.
What a wonderful experience: both of them so helpful and kind.

Picked up some patio furniture and Mike was able to help us with a floor model that was on clearance. When it wouldn’t fit in our car he helped us disassemble it which proved difficult because the bolts were stripped, thankfully he had his own set of tools and we were able to pry them loose and fit it in the back of our car. We will be returning to this location because of the amazing customer service Mike and the other sales associates gave us. Thank you very much!!

Was greeted by friendly staff when I arrived tonight. Was able to find what I was looking for right away and a few others I didn’t plan on. The store was clean and so was the restroom. This is not always the case at other retailers.

My fiance and I had a furniture issue (not the store's fault, it was a clearance floor model missing parts) and the furniture sales manager Dave was absolutely fantastic at bending over backwards to help us. We were very impressed. Thanks a bunch.

I went yesterday to the whitby location with my mother to go find a mattress for her. We expected to have to go to multiple different stores, but after speaking to blake he helped us find the perfect fit. Great customer service, very kind, and extremely helpful. He made sure that my mother found the perfect mattress for her, and didn’t sell her something based off its price. we were shown many different options for very affordable prices and he made our shopping experience 10x easier.

Tionne who looked after me today as I was picking up a chair to join the set I purchased at the Oshawa location was next level professional. He was a real pleasure to meet and be looked after by. We purchased a really nice outdoor entertainment set. All of the staff on shift were great! Very friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Mike, Breanna and a tall gentleman in the warehouse, I didn’t get his name but he was awesome.

Mike the manager of the store was awesome he demonstrated how to use the patio umbrella correctly and how to dismantle for the winter. Was very knowledgeable about all his products and was extremely friendly.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I was looking at some ladder shelves that were already $15 and I was amazed by that deal and then Mike walked by and told me I could clear out the last 2 for $5 each!! Absolutely amazing customer service! Thank you :)
