I love this pharmacy!! The professionalism and kindness shown towards my family & myself has been absolutely fantastic!!! I've had several complicated situations arise,,especially this past year and everyone has been ultra understanding & supportive. I've been a client for several years now, ever since SDM dropped the ball and gave me lame excuses. Not once have I had a problem with this pharmacy,,even though I have had several challenging situations. Better still,,it elates me to no end,,that I am supporting a small town community pharmacy than a mega, cold hearted chain where the dollar is more important than a client's needs. I wish I could give you more stars!!!!!!!!

This is such an amazing & refreshing pharmacy to go to! The staff are always so kind & caring about your needs. I switched my whole family to here & they are a local pharmacy in brooklin which is even better. Support local stores!

I dropped a prescription off here and the customer service is amazing. felt welcomed and the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and detailed with her counselling. an overall positive experience and I highly recommend this pharmacy

I’ve never experienced this type of treatment in my whole life. I moved from this location due to being mistreated and now the owner is refusing to provide me my required print out stating for taxes stating “we do not have access to an email.” I advised them I am not even in the city and they still refused me. I now have to send a complaint to The Ontario College of Pharmacists.The worst IDA ever!!

This is what a small town Pharmacy should be like. friendly helpful service. I purchased product here and had great service. I did not use the Pharmacy here. Located on the main street of Brooklin.

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever gone to! The pharmacist there was so kind and helpful and really took the time to help me! She is very knowledgeable and professional, and goes above and beyond for her patients! All the services were done professionally :)
