“I visited the Michaels store in Whitby last week, and the customer service was absolutely excellent. A staff member who was stocking the aisles kindly helped me find what I needed, and at checkout, the cashier asked if I was able to find everything — something I don’t often hear these days.
A couple of days later, I realized I had lost my gold chain while running errands. It means a lot to me — it’s a symbol of my wedding. I retraced all the stores I had visited and finally came back here. To my surprise and relief, the cashier recognized me and told me they had found my chain! ? I couldn’t hold back my tears.
I was overwhelmed with gratitude and emotion, and in that moment, I forgot to ask her name. She truly felt like a motherly presence — kind, caring, and so genuine. I can’t thank her enough for her honesty and compassion. Michaels Whitby has truly outstanding customer service and team members who go above and beyond. ?”

“Ordered online for pickup a few times. It is such a simple process. The website is well set up and organized making searching for cards a breeze! I enjoy browsing their great selection. Card conditions are very accurate and they will contact you to let you know of any condition changes before finishing order for you which i appreciate. “Anytime I've been here, it's been a good experience. Staff is helpful whenever they are around (sorry to the worker today who thought I fell when I was just looking for something I accidentally kicked under a shelf ? and thanks for helping me reteieve it). I hardly make returns but the one recently went smooth. Also love the self checkout system there, it's much faster for me and less anxiety inducing than a cashier (even though they're all nice!). Lots of clearance and sales items it's hard to leave with just the items I came for.”

“Since opening on Thickson rd, Dailey’s has been the “ go to “ hobby store. Randy makes it hard to walk out with only 1 or 2 kits because of the selection. For us old guys who like to browse, give yourself some time. Everything you need in one stop shop
