I don't recommend nobody with phone issues to go there, they will scam you ive brought my phone there it took them 3 days to replace my phone screen which is a new phone I got it back so many problems they can't fix phone if you go your going to regret it trust me

They were recommended to me from my neighbourhood and they did a fabulous job replacing the battery on my nine year old MacBook Pro! Surprise, surprise: they actually did it while I was waiting! Didn't expect that at all. Nice folks.

If I could give zero stars I would. What a complete joke and waste of my time. I went into Hitech on Friday, asking a gentlemen for a quote to fix my crack iPhone (the back of the phone was cracked). The gentlemen told me no problem leave it here and we will fix it for $100. I said ok and that I was not going to be able to go without a phone all day. I originally dropped the phone off at 0930hr and was told to pick it up at 1500hr. I showed up at the mall and the guy wasn't there. The other guy called. him and said "he's on his way." I said ok, I have to get home. I saw the phone, paid $100 cash and walked out.. Little did. I know.. My phone was completely messed up, my microphone was completely damaged. I was unable to use speaker phone and. FaceTime. I went back to the store early this morning at 0930hr and told the guy it doesn't work, please fix it. He took my phone, said he had to. "get a part for the microphone and that it will be. fixed 1500hr. Same thing.. I show up at the store to try and get my phone and the guy said "I need more time, this job is alot and I have to get the part, the microphone was completely glued." I could not believe it. Joking me around again. He said come back at 1800hr and pick up your phone. I showed up at the store at 1730hr and he's not at the store. The other gentlemen told me "he told your 6pm" He's not here. Needless to say, He didn't show up to the store until 1915hr. WOW!! The store was suppose to close at 1800hr, the mall 1830hr. Security wanted to kick my daughter and I out of the mall. They were locking all the doors, telling us we had to leave my poor daughter was balling her eyes out saying "mommy they are going to lock us in here... I want daddy." It was horrific. Then I get my phone leave the store.. try and. charge it when I get home and it's overheating... Saying "temperature iPhone needs to cool down before you can use it" It's been like this for hours.... my phone is a complete mess. I thought I was getting a screen fixed and I end up getting a broken over heating phone. I will NEVER and I repeat NEVER go to this place again. I have 3 month old a broken iPhone 14 pro thank to these jokers who have no clue/idea how to fix phones. Beware people never buy or bring your phone to this place you will regret it.

Very bad service. I got a phone from them and it keep breaking having technical issues and they did nothing about it. Blame the phone problem it had on me which was very stupid.i will never be going back there complete waste of money they scam me

I forgot my iPhone charge-cord at home this morning. Stopped by the Hi-Tech Comm.The gentleman handed me a 'Fast Charge' USB cord for iPhone.. The price seemed a bit high to me (I typically buy cords etc. from dollar stores)... I am amazed at the quality difference in reference to SPEED. After only a few minutes I am well on my way to having a full charge on my phone. Worth a few more bucks!! Great service. Thanks.
