My wife & I recently had to purchase a new vehicle. After doing some homework, we wanted to see & test drive a Buick Envision.
We dropped into Gus Brown Buick GMC on a Saturday & were met by Jenna.
From the get go, my wife and I immediately felt comfortable with Jenna's manner & poise.
We knew that we would be purchasing a vehicle right then & there.
Jenna took the time to answer all of our questions with patience and detail.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Frank.
My wife and I can't recommend Gus Brown Buick GMC enough. The entire team was an absolute pleasure to work with.

My shifter broke on my Chevy Express van. I was in a real pickle. Gus Brown took me in the same day and had me back on the road later on in the afternoon. I was very impressed and I grateful since I need my vehicle for work.
Great job and will definitely keep coming back with this kind of service !

I have an 07 vehicle and it is giving me some trouble. The staff at Gus brown have been amazing in helping me get it fixed properly. I was kept up to date regularly on the progress of the fix(s) every step of the way. Thank you for all of your help

Had a great experience buying my first truck and first vehicle at Gus Brown. The salesman (Jason) was super helpful, accommodating and diligent. The process was painless, we got a great trade in for our old vehicle, I needed an extra day to confirm the GM discount with my dad which didn’t create any hiccups, and I picked up the truck the day after. Jason also went out of his way to ensure the tubular step I requested was installed on time. They didn’t have one in stock so it was going to go on back order, so during his lunch he drove to another dealership to pick one up so that my pick up experience would be perfect. It was. We got the truck we wanted in the colour we wanted with the options we wanted and fast! Thank you!

Worst service I have ever received.
Lost my winter tires for 6 weeks. Initial service manager never called me back I had to drive to the dealership to speak to someone.
They called to say they found them and didn’t offer to even put them on. Grabbed the tires and will never go near that place again. I should also call out before they lost the winter tires they didnt return calls on some service work that was required before the warranty ran out.
Anyways stay clear and find an alternative shop. Don’t waste your time.
