“I didn't deal with Esso but with Circle K. The store was clean, tidy and well lite. The staff was friendly and approachable. The only thing I didn't like was they don't take the Esso point cards any longer, even through they are inside an Esso Station.”

“This store site was very clean and neat, I lost in city and I came from US. End of the day I stop by this store and night guy helps me a lot whose name is nevil. he help me with route and he made me smile and I bought 100$ of products from that store. It was nice to go that store anytime.”

“Large gas station, kept clean inside and out. Fairly large selection of snacks and pop. I find that the younger employees that work there are generally friendlier than some of the older staff. To me it seems like it's a family-run business and Grandma's not as pleasant as the rest of the family.”

“Locked my keys in my car while fueling up. Mubashra, the store clerk, searched her car and the entire store to help find a metal prong that was sturdy enough to fit between the door jamb. Thank you so much for going above & beyond the call of duty to help me!!!Also, a HUUUGE thank you to the lady and two gentlemen who stayed to help open the door!!! It really was a group effort. One of them even drove home and back to grab a few hangers. I wish I knew their names but they were from Whitby and Orangeville <3”

“Great fuel price between 10 PM to midnight but that can make the gas station busy and you may have to wait to get your tank filled. I anticipate it will become busier after new housing construction next to the station.I can't comment about the in-store experience as I always pay at the pump unless there's an issue on the pump.”

“It's at a busy location Garden and Taunton in Whitby . Prices are generally competitive. Always had friendly service from their staff. Get your propane tanks filled here as well. There is a car wash here as well I have never used it.”

“i thought they sold shells here so naturally, i was utterly disappointed when i found out Shell was just a gas station.And to make matters worse, i don’t even have a car:(So you could imagine how embarrassing it was for me to walk into a gas station asking if they sold shells ?However the owner (i’m so sorry i forget his name) was there at the time and he was very kind! He told me that he understood the confusion and was very sympathetic.We had a good long talk and he eventually offered me a discount on gas along with the offer to be the godfather of his child!!I accepted both offers even though i hate kids and don’t even have a car. It’s the thought that counts i guess.Then he gave me a free snickers bar and i galloped out of there happily.I will be returning!!”
