This Brooklin Freshco carries my creamer (silk soy coffee creamer -red carton) SO intermittently that I have to shop elsewhere. It is common knowledge not to go there to get it (it’s very popular) it’s a constant disappointment. This is a strange ”oddity” at this location. If this gets corrected I will change my review to 5.

Man has the staff at this location gone downhill. Filled with sour faces and everyone of them unwilling to help their customers. Using their self-checkout was a complete pain in the ass as it would recognize me supplying a back. The lazy ass teen watching all this happen at 4pm on a Monday afternoon just made the whole experience worse.
I probably won't hit this location again in this lifetime

The store inside has been changed. New look and excellent layout. Lots of Indian fruits and vegetables, however, quality of fresh produce for international products is trrrible. Eg: Mangoes, box of 6 for 21.99 but all rotten....okra all with black patches... Owner/Manager need to pay attention. Staff is friendly and super helpful.

Me and my friends were in this establishment- if you can even call it that- and I did a dance move. A dance move. I will admit it may look a bit "suggestive" but not very. I did the dance move once. One time. Not a bunch or repeatedly, just once. The dance move? It was the Michael Jackson thing where he grabs his belt and does sort of an air hump thingy (I do not know how else to describe it.) I didn't do it to any employees or other shoppers, just my friends who were on the other end of an empty aisle. I understand how this could be taken out of context but it's almost entirely harmless. Right? We'll not for this guy. An employees who seemed to be going through fentynol withdrawal or some other type of anger inducing syndrome proceeded to walk up behind me, yell at me to leave , and when I said ok and then asked why, he continued to yell and curse at me. We complied from right off the bat ajd as we were leaving he called us idiots and started to laugh about it to his friends as if he was teaching us punk kids some kind of lesson. If you ask me, completely uncalled for.

They have words pasted all around that if you are unsatisfied you will get your item replaced AND refunded. I checked 2 packages of chicken breasts that were discounted and they both stunk badly of rotting chicken. They refused to refund and replace because it was discounted. I said "would you not like to remove the chicken from the aisle, because it's all rotten?" The cashier replied that I should expect stinky, rotten chicken if I bought it on sale and used it immediately. I would absolutely never shop here again. 0 stars

This review is about an employee (cashier) named Ana… I was at my car loading my groceries and she came running outside into the freezing cold in a T-shirt to give me my cucumber that I forgot at the cash register lol. If that isn’t amazing customer service I don’t know what is. Thank you Ana!! ??????
