got my 1995 Isuzu trooper treated with fluid film through here, they apply it on thick and stand by this product! owner and staff were professional and easy goingmy trooper hasn't seen any undercoating since being in Ontario and they did a great jobthey even took the extra time to do the inside of the frame and crossmembers.. all you have to do is ask and they won't charge much more for a complete service.fluid film is an outstanding product, it's worth the extra money going here than going to your local Krown or rust check. I've seen trucks done at Krown locations and they always miss spots, not the case here! thanks guys

Scheduled appointment for undercoating and tire change - arrived 15 minutes early, came back 2 hours later and he still hadn't touched my car. Wastes hours of your time. They also show a Porsche 911 on their banner and yet they struggled to work on my Ford and complained to me about it being a pain. Then at the end Fred says "did i give you a price already?" he then proceeded to charge me $550 for undercoating (listed at $250 on the website) and $200 for 16 replacement lug nugs - almost $800 to get undercoating and winter tires put on. At the start of this he said "he will see what he can do on the pricing and not mark it up" and every price on my invoice was marked up. Pure scum.

Fred and his team are always honest and helpful. One thing I really like about the way they do business is showing me what they are talking about when finding issues with my car. They always follow up and want to make sure you are satisfied with their work.

Words just can't describe the out of this world experience I had visiting Flash Automotive.After identifying an issue with my wife's car muffler, a quick Google search directed me to Flash Automotive.Gave them a call and spoke to Alfred who was willing to see me same day.His approach was very professional and very down to earth. At no time did I felt uncomfortable, annoyed or ripped off.We walked out to inspect the issue and I was reassured he will take care of it same day.Unfortunately while I went under the car to point out the issue, it appeared my cell phone fell out of my pocket.When I went back into the office to wait I realized that my phone was missing. I quickly ran back outside to the parking lot but sadly it was nowhere to be found.Realizing the seriousness of the situation Alfred quickly offered my his phone to dial the number. In a panic I tried multiple times but the person who had it refused to answer or return it.Alfred was a huge comfort to me during this unfortunate situation. I was able to use his phone in a panic to call and send voice-mail messages to family members.During the whole time Alfred attempted to keep me calm and reassured that it will be OK.He did a fantastic work on the car and charged me fairly.I returned to the shop the following day to introduce him to my wife and to let him know even though my phone was swiped it did not ruined my overall experience visiting Flash Automotive for the first time.Alfred has found himself a new customer and I found a genuine, authentic mechanic that I can trust.It was a pleasure meeting Alfred and the team.5 starts and more in my book.Regards,Michael H.

I had our new 2023 F-150 super crew undercoated, and the guys at Flash did a fantastic job! They were patient answering all my questions and concerns, explained to me what they were going to do every step of the way, and even consulted with me on some of their concerns. Called Flash auto and spoke to Max today. He was able to fit me in after my hood flew open and got damaged. I met Max and Wesley, they were very professional and were really helpful.
