I have never felt so poorly treated as I was during my recent visit to this store. I felt discriminated against, which was especially disappointing since I’ve never had issues with price matching at other stores. The manager, Andrew, was rude and unprofessional. When I showed him my phone, he unexpectedly touched it, and when I looked at him, he snapped, ‘Stop staring at me,’ which was completely unwarranted. All I was looking for was the usual price match service.
When I asked for his name, he initially refused to provide it. I only learned he was the manager after speaking with the cashier, who also informed me that the owners, Laura and Scott, were unavailable. Andrew offered no information about when they might be available either. This experience has left me feeling disrespected and unheard. I won’t be returning to this store and hope they reconsider how they treat their customers in the future.

Lots of flyer items not available. Entrance is quite small if someone is picking items right at the front, so another cart can not go through. Nice cashiers. Store was tidy despite feeling cluttered.

This is the worst no frills in Durham Region for customer service by managers. I asked to purchase a pumpkin and pull up to pick up as had a baby with me and manager said no. Supercentre and the other no frills would accommodate.

Very small, congested and busy store. The checkout clerk was very warm and friendly. Prices are great.

I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully as I was by Andrew today. I was picking up Flash Food and all of the items were not available, even though I had already secured them and paid online. I was told to do an online refund. I didn’t know how to do this and asked for help. Andrew came over to help. Grabbed my phone and started trying to figure out how to do the refund. Then quickly left before it was completed. I did not have the order number and a staff asked for his help again. He did not have the order number so I had to exit the refund section to find my order number. I needed help to find out what he had done the first time to figure out how to get the refund. Since he hadn’t shown me, but took by phone and did it, I was unaware. Now he is raising his voice and saying he is not allowed to touch my phone ( which he had already done). I had never asked him to. He begins making a big scene and telling me not to yell at him, which he was doing to me to make a scene. He was freaking out and saying he wouldn’t help. I wouldn’t leave until I was able to submit the refund request. Andrew is rude, impatient and disrespectful and should never be in a position dealing with customers. I will never return to this store!!!!!

They have a good variety, but need to refill the stock more frequently. I took the last bottle of Apple Cider juice.

Worst no frills by far, I’ve seen fruits and vegetables rotting on multiple occasions. I’ve seen mould on the bread. Fruit from this location is never great either. The no frills on garden and Rossland is 10 times better. I go out of my way not to shop here.

Store is much cleaner than years before. They are still doing Reno’s but looks great.
I TAKE THAT BACK! I WAS THERE TWO DAYS AGO TAKING BACK ROTTING PICKLING CUCUMBERS….AND NOW TODAY TAKING BACK ROTTEN CREAM CHEESE…AND I DID NOT GET A FULL REFUND. This store WAS great but if seems to be always running out of produce all the time…not impressed at all. Some of the girls on cash are so great, too bad product is not always there.
