She informed me that all TV department workers had their hands tied at the moment but offered me her own help, informing me that it was not her department but she was willing to try as I was in a rush. This was amazing service. She was honest, informative, sweet, and went out of her way to try and help me with what I needed. Absolutely amazing!!!!!!!! 10/10 service!!!!!”
