This branch has tremendously long waits of at strict minimum 45 minutes despite many people seeing the line and just turning away.They refuse to respond to phone calls. When they bother getting around to serving you, it's hit-or-miss on how good the service is.Edit: After another series of calls and ignored voice mails I had to do yet another visit and of course another long wait in line, to be told that they mis-informed me yesterday and that my time was again being wasted, and that they still can't help until maybe next week.

This is the second time I’ve been in this branch and received less than good customer service. Their representatives lack knowledge when it comes to policies and standards. I’ve been banking with CIBC for over 25 years and this is the only branch that I leave with disappointed. Their staff needs to be formally trained on their products, services and policies. I am discouraged with being a long-standing imperial service customer due to this specific branch.

They have one teller opened. And Three people walking around doing nothing while there there’s a lineup at least 10 people Where did you get served. I We did over 15 minutes to get served. Well, three people behind me were saying out loud. This is getting ridiculous. It’s always like this. Maybe The manager of the branch wake up and see what’s going on in pay attention and do something about this.

Horrible customer service. Today is 7 people in line and 1 teller working . Last visit 16 people were in line and 2 tellers were working. Awful!!!!

I'm feeling quite frustrated with a recent experience at the branch last Thursday, the 23rd, especially with a representative named Josh. My task was simple: a third-party deposit. I gave Josh my name, yet he requested my ID, which, as it turned out, wasn't really necessary since I could have just written my details. More troubling, Josh forgot to return my ID to me. I called the next day to let them know that my sister would pick it up on Saturday, and Josh assured me that he would set it aside. However, it seems he didn't communicate this to his colleagues. When my sister visited on Saturday, there was a lot of confusion among the staff. Neither the other representatives nor the manager were aware of the whereabouts of my ID or the arrangement to have it picked up. Now it's Tuesday, nearly five days since this oversight, and despite my repeated calls to check on the status of my ID, there has been no progress or return calls. This entire situation with Josh has been quite disconcerting and frustrating.

Damn as other reviews says, is not it the laziest and slowest bank?Awaiting for more than 45mnts to get helped. Staff roaming around, while only two counter open. Those counters are too slow as more than 15 mnts for each client, and the staff need breaks after each client lol ?

I made an appointment by phone, spoke to Amira, arranged for a meeting, was treated with great care and professionalism, and will return to this branch at any time if I have credit card concerns. I am not a CIBC account holder, but this was a very positive experience, and I am more than pleased with the results. Many reviews are poor. Amira was exceptional.

This is by far the worst CIBC I've been at. EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE AND INCOMPETENT. Pray you don't have to use a teller. Just use another location...

I went to this branch this afternoon to send money overseas, I presented the teller all my records and receipts from last time to help her, but after 30 mins the teller still couldn’t complete the transaction. I asked her, “Could you finish in a couple of minutes?” She said, probably not. I can’t wait more, so I left with nothing done. I have to go to another location to do this business tomorrow. The money will be delayed to arrival next week.I did the same transaction(all information are same)last month from another branch. They finished in no more than 5 mins.Please do more training for your staff to save our time. I will never come back to this location.

Such poor service at this branch. I booked an appointment 2 week's ago and show up to find Joshua has double booked me assuming I am not coming...check your messages maybe. After waiting 45 minutes they can't help with investing and told me to call a 1800 number. Place is a joke now.
