Great store, great selection, friendly staff (even the one on her second day was great). Out of macadamia nuts but so is everywhere else on and off; corporate is having trouble sourcing some things.

This store is clean and has a decent selection of items. The regular items are usually well stocked up. It is very rare that I won't find what I came for. I give this store 5 stars.

Staff friendly strict procedures in place for Covid-19 especially like that the scoops used only once then replaced with unused ones and disposable gloves made available for use.

If I could give them one star for customer service I would. I attended the store recently for a quick purchase, and was greeted warmly by the staff. However my issue lies in that whilst I was standing in what would normally be considered the cash line-up. Both the cashier and another employee failed to mention that the line had moved all the way to the end of the store due to new COVID protocols, until another customer joined for her purchase, and watched as I stood in what was formally the line up for almost 5 minutes, then asked me to join the line behind the customer that just came. I would employ the staff to do better in the future because this could have easily escalated for no reason. Good customer service tells you to take the person next (myself) and redirect them for the future to where the new line (which there is no signage posted) is now.

visited the bulk barn to buy some candy for making a gingerbread house with my son. after waiting outside in the rain for 20 min., the greater "person" was neither friendly or understanding to the fact that i do not use hand sanitizer due to an allergy (which i do not have to disclose). she followed me throughout the store and insisted that i wear the "plastic" gloves that were shoved in my face. Very rude. i left and spent my money elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE. (i have to give it at least a one star to poste)

Excellent place to buy exactly what you need for a recipe OR to try new items in small quantities. It's such a great place to reduce, reuse and recycle. ☺

Was very clean with many bags and tags, almost most bins filled, but covid could cause dips in refill orders. Attendants helpful and courteous.
