I bought three kitchen stools before Christmas and only now … two months later.. noticed two were missing screws that were not included in original order. I called the Whitby store and Omar was able to sort it out and have the missing screws waiting for me within the half hour ! Excellent customer service.

The store was immaculate, very organized and has such a beautiful selection!! The Manager was exceptional in customer service and the staff was very helpful! I go out of my way to shop here but every trip there makes it worth the drive!
