My very first contact on the reception desk told me that I am in good hands. The lady who gave me the tour and showed me my storage unit was very thorough with the explanation of how it all works for the customer and all the support that was available to me. Best choice I could have made.

I called Bluebird Storage and spoke to Tisha (hope it’s spelled right), and she gave ton of information, so I went down to view the units. She was very clear on pricing and no hidden fees popped up.Both her and Lorie were friendly and funny. Their welcoming attitudes alleviated a lot of my nerves; the nerves one gets when keeping their possessions in a space outside the usual homestead.They spoke highly of the company, even the CEO and higher management, that treat their employees so well. Such love for one’s vocation is so crucial, and it shows how valued they are.Seeing them enjoy their work environment so much bleeds through into their customer service.A breath of fresh air the best way to describe it. Keep up the awesome work, clean atmosphere, and pride in all you do.Highly highly recommended!!

What originally attracted me to Bluebird self storage was it’s convenience of location and it’s affordable prices. What made me feel confident in signing on was cleanliness of the building, the convenience of dollys and carts provided to their customers, and the staff. I had the pleasure of dealing with Laurie for the duration of my rental here. I came in on a rather upsetting day of my life needing a locker, and Laurie was incredibly welcoming, recognized that I was a bit sensitive that day, and handled my rental with care. She was so kind to walk me to the lockers to get a visual of the size I needed, went above and beyond to find me the perfect locker for my needs, and was just an all around lovely lady to deal with and to chat too. She made me feel welcome and uplifted with her bright and friendly attitude. If I ever need a storage locker again, I won’t even consider going elsewhere. Thank you so much Laurie for all of your help over the last few months. I appreciate you, and Bluebird storage for making a difficult time in my life easier.

I’m currently renting a storage unit at a different facility and am having problems there ( garbage everywhere, washroom uncleaned, broken glass all over the place etc)I started my hunt to find a new unit and have been coming up empty, prices else were either being much higher, or location not ideal.Then I came across Blue Bird.After reading so many positive reviews I decided to go in and see what units they had available.I was greeted by a friendly staff member Laurie.She was truly amazing and goes above and beyond!I told her what I was looking for and she showed me the options that they had available.While she was walking to look at the unit, I immediately noticed how clean it was in there.A very big difference from where we are currently renting.She was explaining it’s normally even cleaner but she’s been working solo lately. This women was a true rockstar. Because the place was VERY clean! And to hear that she’s been keeping it up all alone is even more amazing!You can tell she loves working for the company.Laurie is a truly amazing!We can’t wait to make the switch to Blue Bird!A big reason to that is because of how amazing Laurie wasI hope that the owners see this and understand how truly lucky you are to have an employee that cares as much as she does!!!She speaks so highly of Blue Bird which helps make us confident to move our business to these units!Thank You!!

I was looking for a storage facility and stopped in. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable employee. She clearly explained my options. I was very impressed with the Cleanliness of this storage facility. I especially liked the covered loading/unloading area. Would definitely recommend bluebird as a storage facility.

Our company ( Door 2 Door Movers) has no issues whatsoever, in referring our clients to Bluebird Self Storage. Many of our clients have given us superb feedback about the cleanliness and accessibility of this storage site. As well, the staff is very knowledgeable and quite friendly. You can't go wrong placing your furniture in this storage site!!!!!!!!

Beautiful facility with a huge loading dock area to drive your car right into! Staff are friendly, helpful, efficient and polite. You can tell they really care about their customers. I would highly recommend using Bluebird Self Storage for all your storing needs.

Best ones around! Responsive, helpful, proactive n very patient.Im super impressed with their site head Jacilyn Sweeney who took customer experience to a whole new level.Finding the right Storage can be stressful, but not with Bluebird :)Updated comment on the move day - A big shout out to Lorie to making the move absolutely stress free! The staff here at Bluebird are absolutely amazing. They are so helpful with all of our questions, Laurie showed us multiple units and took her time to help us with whatever needs we might have! They have a great elevator set up that feels nice and safe to go to the inside unit and the bay is huge with carts free to use. They gave us a great discount on our unit and insurance and they’re there for any of our needs. I’d highly recommend Bluebird Self Storage!

Bluebird storage in Whitby is fantastic! Clean facility, friendly and warm staff, and lots of little perks as a cherry on top. Having been to many other storage facilities, Bluebird stands out to me as notably better than the others. Laurie is an absolute gem who clearly takes pride in going above and beyond for clients. Nothing but good things to say!

Amazing customer service. From online chat I was able to connect with Barb and she was phenomenal. Easily booked for after hours access. Victoria had the map and location ready via email and responded with top tier service.Definitely top storage place in Whitby.
