Great place if your first time parents. Staff is so helpful and knowledgeable and here you are able to try out the baby products to see if there good for you versus at toys r us, you can’t even try out the strollers and there is no staff on the floor. Definitely recommend to purchase from here.

Shannon was very knowledgeable and helped my husband and I pick our dream stroller and car seat based on our lifestyle and needs. She helped us navigate all the options that pertained to our needs which narrowed down our search and made it less overwhelming.
As first time parents shopping for a stroller was daunting but she made it so easy! Thank you Shannon and baby shack, we couldn’t be happier.
This shop carries high quality items at (in my opinion) reasonable prices and great customer service!

Shanin is AMAZING! Another baby boutique took my money and never delivered on the stroller I ordered. Shanin came to the rescue and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the stroller ordering process. She is honest, trustworthy and very kind. Would definitely buy or order from her again!

My husband and I went to Baby Shack on July 13th and the lady at the store was incredibly helpful!! She taught us how to fold the Uppa baby vista 2 and even let us put the car seat display in our car to see how it fit. I would definitely recommend to any expecting parent to check out the store for strollers and car seat. 100% impressed with their level of customer service.

Great local baby store, staff is very friendly and EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable about products. They have mostly all the same products as the big box baby stores (big brand strollers, chairs, car seats) but, by shopping here you get a way better customer experience.

My wife and I have visited a few stores. Finally we found baby shack where we spoke with a man with two kids and all the experience that goes with it. He gave advice about car seat fits, use case for transferring from the car to stroller ect. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Pleasant experience from the moment I spoke with the lady on the phone to going to the store and leaving. Staff were very accommodating with bringing out a convertible car seat on display to my car to make sure the seat would fit in my car before purchasing it. They carry very unique cute items. Will be returning for future purchases.

Amazing customer service! Both Jonathon and Shannon are so kind and patient. Since we live out of town we were also pleasantly surprised by their selection in store! Definitely worth the trip.
