“On our way back to the states from Montreal at 4:30pm on a Friday, my car broke down and I called Master Mechanic in Whitby very loosely describing my issue. After getting a tow over it was 5:15 and they somehow managed to have preordered and received the necessary parts for my car in the 45 minutes since I called. Not only that but several employees stayed past 6pm (they closed at 5:30) to fix my car and get us back on the road!”

“As a women, I have been here twice by myself. I'd say the experience both times was amazing. The workers there are honest and will explain things to you really well. I have never felt pressured or made to feel scared to by into more services. Joe at the front is very friendly. I sat in the shop for a while listening to him speak and a few mechanics came in needing services and he talked to them with just as much respect as he talked to me who doesn't know anything. I was very impressed by that. All and all. A great place to go if you are a women wanting to find a place that is comfortable for you. :)”

“I was having some tranny issue's, which is anyone's worst nightmare. I called Nissan, had my car dropped off, issue diagnosed, car fixed and returned to me all within 5 hours!!! Usually dealing with dealerships directly can be a headache. They were very accommodating, and extremely professional. I have the worst luck with cars and mechanics, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Thank you for being so amazing and setting the highest standards for your customers.”

“Thursday night this Comuters car was making a horrible noise all of a sudden. Friday morning I sat in the Whitby stores parking lot when they opened at 8:00 planning on booking a Saturday morning appointment. They offered to do my muffler replacement immediately and by 8:45 I was on my way to the city. Such excellent, efficient, quick service. I was completely blown away with the friendly staff and speed of my repair to get me back on the road. Thank you, Whitby Midas you were fantastic!”

“got my 1995 Isuzu trooper treated with fluid film through here, they apply it on thick and stand by this product! owner and staff were professional and easy goingmy trooper hasn't seen any undercoating since being in Ontario and they did a great jobthey even took the extra time to do the inside of the frame and crossmembers.. all you have to do is ask and they won't charge much more for a complete service.fluid film is an outstanding product, it's worth the extra money going here than going to your local Krown or rust check. I've seen trucks done at Krown locations and they always miss spots, not the case here! thanks guys”
