Smooth transaction from beginning to end. Every time I came to the building, the man (sorry…remembering names is not my super power) in the office/store was consistently friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, making the customer service exceptional. Storage unit itself was clean and accessible. Prices were competitive.

Their 10x15 unit comes to $520 / month, charged weekly at $120 to seem cheap. Everywhere else is renting for $250 / month. This place is a scam. Run.

I am pleasantly surprised at how clean, well-maintained, easily accessible, affordable this storage company really is. And the staff, well they are very friendly, knowledgeable and explains all the rules very well. "I WILL CERTAINLY USE THEM FROM NOW ON." Thanks Access Storage!???

**update, I'm going to have to change my review because I'm actually rather annoyed with this location now. I am here at least once a day because I run a buisness and I keep my stock in my unit because my house just wont fit it. The washroom is never freely accessible without having to ask to use it. I'm sorry but I shouldnt have to be embarrassed about a small blatter and feel like a bug having to ask all the time. And the they keep a constant lock on. And not only that. I was completely satisfied with my unit in the first place, but I had noticed that the side panels were folding in because of screws that came loose. Bow I have a unit that is more in the way for everyone else because I'm constantly rearranging and I'm in too much of a main drag, and the door is too heavy for me to lift, rather then a door that swings open I now have a bay door that is hard on my back to keep pulling up.
Told me I'm not allowed to run a business out of my unit but I see at least 4 others doing the same.

Clean, well lit, plenty of carts to use to move your items into the storage space and the office staff are helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience at Access Storage. Lyndsey and Amanda were both amazing—super helpful and friendly. The units are very accessible, with plenty of carts available for easy shuttling of your belongings. While it's not 24-hour access, the 10:00 p.m. cutoff is still convenient and seems to be the standard among storage facilities. Overall, I highly recommend Access Storage for anyone looking for a reliable and accessible storage solution.

Access storage Whitby (1615 du das street east ) Worst service ever . I would recommend to never do busniess with them . Worst staff . Supervisor hung up call on me as well.
