Best storage place in Durham with the best staff in the province. Would not hesitate to contact these guys (ladies) if ur in need. Don't hand out 5 star reviews often, but they have been doing a wonderful job at looking after my parents. Kudos and keep up the great work!!!

Marilyn is absolutely fantastic and makes every visit amazing, she is honestly the face of this facility and access couldn't ask for a better employee. That being said if she's not in I won't even go into the office I'd rather come back another day then deal with grant his customer service is nothing compared to Marilyn's.

Thank you for your wonderful service!! Marilynn goes above and beyond to help her customers!! She is a wonderful person! She makes sure that our things are accessible and safe. I love the Port Whitby Team!! I also was easily able to access my storage unit on this past Christmas Day 2023 with no problems!

i have a locker here and never missed a payment. Had a credit card issue where it was compromised and the payment did not go through and was late by 3 or 4 days and they locked me out of my locker so I could not access my things. When I asked the employee (who was helpful) why only after a few days they would lock me out and the employee stated that this is company policy. Brutal policy if you ask me. I can understand if my acct was delinquent for a mobth or more but 3-5 days really? I'll be looking elsewhere to store my belongings real soon!

I had an excellent experience at the Whitby shores location. The manager there was so nice and helped me tremendously both during move in and again at move out. The facility was nice and clean and I had no issues while using the unit. The price of the unit was very reasonable and the promotion of getting the first 4 weeks free made it even better. I would recommend this location to any one looking for long term or short term storage. Thanks again Marilyn for all you did to make the renting experience a great one!

I have had a storage unit for about a year. Everyone there was friendly staff was great and always asking if I needed anything. Great location. Great hours. My unit had a light I only used it a few times but it really helped us during our move and finding our home. Highly recommend I had a 10 x 8 I think. Good size for 2 peoples stuff.
