Sonos stopped working. Sonos did not know how to help me. I contacted 2001 Audio. They sent there technician. He fixed the problem in a short time.

Great experience .I went to Best Buy first looking to buy a tv and tv stand as this was my go to spot whenever buying electronics.I decided to give 2001 audio video a try and they blew Best Buy away.They have knowledgeable staff and are willing to give you the best price on top quality electronics.Highly recommended

Picked up an open box (floor model) Samsung sound bar this week. It was packaged up like it was brand new and it works perfectly. I would like to thank the manager for all his help and for the great deal on this product.
