“Mr.Surprise isn’t just a store it’s a community. It brings people together and is full of happiness. I come here every time I feel down (and even when I don’t) and I always leave feeling better. It’s not just Mr. Surprise but also msteastation and surprise lab, the franchise is just full of joy from its staff to its products. The surprise boxes are always great and they’re consistently restocking popular favs and the bubble tea is the best I’ve ever had, it’s so fresh! “Walked in expecting more of an art store, but was pleasantly surprised by a graffiti shop (there was also some collectibles, but I was on the lookout for paint markers anyway so I didn't go to far into that).
I was offered help but when I asked to just browse first the staff politely left me be (my FAVORITE way to shop). After a bit I had some questions I was swiftly helped and got straight-forward, no-bullshit answers. Love that customer service ?
The staff were very friendly and clearly got along well, even as they were packing up for Fan Expo (which was surely stressful for them).
Picked up just a simple pen and some holographic stickers to personalize and I've been loving both of em.
Will have to come back when I blow through the sticker pack!”

“I've been ordering my figures here for a few years now, and I can proudly say this is my go-to figure store. The staff are kind and welcoming, and reply quickly and professionally to all communications.
Fair warning, the interior is a liiittle cramped with all the product. Sometimes I feel like I'm going to cause a chain reaction of collapsing waifus (I am big and tall lol.) If the store is busy it is a little awkward to maneuver, but staff will still let you browse and take your time.
Definitely worth checking out if you're interested in anime collectibles and figures!”

When one of them was sold out, they reached out to me promptly and offered options to replace or wait for the one I wanted. The one I was really hoping for ended up coming earlier than expected and they shipped it out so fast!! My friend adores them! They're high quality plushies and the customer service and communication was top notch. Would definitely buy from here again!”

“Was visiting the GTA for the weekend, and stumbled across this awesome place. Great finds at prices that match market value. Don’t be afraid to ask the employees any questions regrading pricing.
The prices fluctuate on some of their products, that’s why everything isn’t labelled with a price - for those who are complaining in the reviews. I found a couple of amazing Knick knack finds and a couple of PS3 games for a very reasonable price and the employee that helped me was willing to make a bargain or two that was beneficial to me as the customer, with the vendor still able to profit and keep the place going.
Great place, will visit again! 5/5”

“Whenever my little one needs new clothes my first thought is to pop by this lovely store. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind and items are very reasonably priced. You can often find brand new clothes with tags on priced way lower than they retail even when on clearance. Items are always in good condition.”
