I have a bad response to this store. They only sell damaged ones. If anything is purchased by mistake, even 5 minutes after leaving the store, it cannot be returned. It is sold at a high price. Another experience: I purchased a floor sweeper for $25. After arriving home, I discovered that it was broken and did not work. It was thrown into the garbage. I do not know how they are not held accountable by the competent authorities. I do not recommend wasting money there.

Huge product selection and amazing customer service. Just got home from K and K for the second week in a row. We went last week to look for a replacement suitcase to replace a damaged one. Dianna was helpful and looked for a large hard side Samsonite model that we immediately bought. We thought during the week that another would be nice . Went back today and Caroline went and looked for a similar model. She found an identical suitcase and now we have two nice new Samsonite suitcases .

Used to love going here to shop for cool things at a reasonable discount. Now you're lucky if an item is even 10% cheaper than msrp. Most of the time these items are either damaged or absolutely filthy. Would not recommend going if you live in waterloo as it is easier and more affordable to buy nearly all of their products at costco but in perfect condition, with good customer service and warranty.

K&K used to be a good liquidation store to purchase damaged or lightly used items at a fair price. Now they just take the opportunity to sell damaged goods for the same price or higher than in store. I would rather go buy a brand new product with a return policy and warranty.... The owners should be ashamed of how they are operating now. Never coming back.

Be careful in the parking lot if someone purposely damages your car and tries to run u over with their car the staff wont care to even help you check the security cameras they have up. Today on September 20/2024 a black camaro was parked next to me while i was outside still, the lady got into her camaro and suddenly started slamming her door into my car which is 3x more expensive then her car. As i tried to confront her she tried to run me over without any care and rushed out the lot. Minutes later i told staff if they could check out the cameras that are in the lot and they came back saying theres a special guy that needs to come in and press rewind because nobody else knows how to rewind the cameras THATS BS, i dont know why the staff are trying to protect this person that damaged my car and almost ran me over.

Very "kind people" work at this place... I sent them a Facebook message to confirm if they have my size available for shoes that I saw on a post, but I am one hour away from their warehouse and wanted to know if they can hold them for me. They never answer, so I called them to confirm and the lady said "I don't have time to go there and look at them for you, so I am going to said NO" She was so rude. On top of that I want to add that their prices are not cheap, they almost have costco prices. So I will never going to be back to that place again

Owner Kaylie stole my planter right out of my cart that I has just purchased and paid for , claiming it was not the right price . She literally stole it from me .
BEWARE If you find a great deal they won't let you keep.it even after paying for it.

Horrible customer service, I called asking if they had any dishwashers the lady on the phone said “I have no idea, come check yourself” mind you I live 30 minutes away. This place is not at all what it used to be.

Be aware all customers who go to K & K . When you are buying items dont leave until you have to check your receipt. You will be charge for extra which you are not aware of. Mostly when you are buying more than $100 Purchase. Make sure you have to pay attention to you receipt, just dont trust on their cashier what you have been charged for. Always double check your receipt. I want to share my experience and want share here whose visit regularly to this store.
